Emily has been training with us for the past year, and all of her hard work has really come to the surface over the last 8 weeks.
We’ve just wrapped up our recent 12-week lifting block to kick off 2026, and the results speak for themselves:
+5kgs PB on bench press
+20kg PB on deadlift
+10kg PB on back squat
+5kg PB Strict Press
Improved across all accessory lifts
+1.4kg muscle
-6.8% body fat
-3.2kg overall
Unreal progress across the board.
