A heartfelt farewell to a special yogi… 🧘‍♀️

Tomorrow, we are saying farewell to Larissa, who has been such an important and special part of our studio and community for a few years. We thank Larissa for her passion she bought to every class, for the countless of emails she’s responded to and mats she has cleaned as a Studio Assistant.

While we are sad to see you go, we wish you nothing but happiness and many yoga flows ahead. Thank you for everything Larissa. Here is to your next chapter ✨🤍

WOW WOW and WOW

We are still riding the high of the Melbourne Marathon weekend. Shout out to some of our amazing community members who participated over the weekend.

Grace & Paige completed the half marathon. Graces very first half!! Emiel conquered his fifth full marathon… off no training! And Greg and Meg smashed their 1hr goal time in the 10km.

Well done team 👏👏

If you are participating in an event across the Melbourne Marathon Festival weekend, you can attend a class on Sunday afternoon on us. Either 3pm or 4pm Warm Form Pilates with Chloe S.

How to book?
