Tomorrow our students and instructors from our women's hapkido class are participating in the Walk for WAGEC, raising money for women and children experiencing domestic violence, homelessness and trauma. Please help us reach our target by sponsoring us at the link below. 🙏

Domestic violence is a national crisis, but together, we can change it. Every dollar raised funds lifesaving programs that break the cycle of violence, so women and children can live free from abuse.

A good class this morning with Instructor Lily. At the end of class, women's hapkido class Lead Instructor Amanda presented Miss C with an encouragement yellow stripe on her white belt for her fantastic effort and hard work. Miss C is current working towards earning her yellow belt. Miss C's Nan Assistant-instructor Jo-Anne is very proud.
