HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL OUR DANCE DADS // 🧡 👨

We asked our dancers what their favourite thing to do with their dad is and the answers did not disappoint. Jet skiing, Muay Thai, camping, car jam sessions, and one very honest answer about spending his money.

From horrendous dad jokes to quiet car rides to the beach, these little moments are the ones that stick.

To every dad, grandad, uncle and father figure cheering our dancers on from the sidelines (or the carpark, we see you), thank you for everything you do.

EVERY BPA DANCER RECEIVES A GIFT // 🎁✨

Every child who participates in our concert receives a gift from BPA.

They receive it because they committed to the process and stepped onto the stage.

For some students, performing feels natural. For others, walking onto that stage is a huge achievement.

We want every dancer to finish concert day knowing their effort was recognised.

This is one of the traditions we are proud to continue each year.

SHE DANCES WHEREVER SHE GOES // 🎀💃

Not on stage. Not in a studio. Just on the grass at a community event, surrounded by tents and strangers, and she couldn't help herself.

That's the bit we love most. The dancing doesn't stay in the classroom. It comes home with them, it shows up at birthday parties, it shows up on random Tuesdays in the backyard.

This is what we mean when we say it's never just about the steps. It's about a kid who feels free enough in her own body to move whenever the feeling hits, wherever she is.

LITTLE DANCERS, BIG IMPACT // 🌟💛💃

Our Ready Set Dance littlies are lacing up their shoes for something bigger than themselves this year.

We're joining The World's Biggest Preschool Dance Class to support Starlight Children's Foundation, and honestly, watching these tiny humans learn that dancing can help other kids too is the kind of lesson no worksheet could ever teach.

It's not about getting the moves perfect. It's about showing up, having a go, and being part of something that matters.

SUPERHERO DRESS UP WEEK IS HERE // 🦸‍♀️✨💛

Capes on, superpowers ready, it's time to make a difference together.

This week our dancers are swapping their usual gear for superhero costumes and bringing a gold coin donation to class.

Every little bit helps bring smiles to children and families who need it most.

We're also taking part in the world's biggest preschool dance class, dancing to Boom Clap Pow between 31 August and 5 September.

All funds raised go straight to the Starlight Children's Foundation, so bring your cape and your coins and let's make this week count.

There's a moment in every class here that's hard to put into words.

Maybe it's the laugh that slips out mid-routine. Maybe it's catching your own progress in the mirror without even trying to. Maybe it's just the feeling of being in a room where nobody's watching to judge, they're just dancing alongside you.

We've been building this since 2019, one class, one community, one shared moment at a time.

MAKING YOUR CHILD FEEL CELEBRATED // 🌸🌟

Your dancer will remember what happens after the show.

The routine may only last a few minutes. The feeling after the performance can stay with them much longer.

Meet them with excitement when they come out.

Give them their flowers or a little concert gift.

Tell them something specific you noticed while they were dancing.

Let them talk about the performance, including anything that went wrong.

Your reaction helps shape how they remember the day. Make it a good one. 💛
