βœ… 2 Weet-Bix
βœ… 1 scoop protein (I used Gentix WPI)
βœ… 15g Noshu choc chips
βœ… 20ml lite milk
βœ… 10ml sugar-free maple syrup

Crush the Weet-Bix, combine all ingredients, shape into a cookie, and bake in the air fryer for 12 mins @ 180Β°C.

Macros (per cookie):
310 calories | 31.3g protein | 23g carbs | 5g fat

Being in a calorie deficit doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love β€” it just means making smarter choices.

HIGH PROTEIN ASIAN BBQ CHICKEN πŸ”

One of my favourite go-to meal prep ideas that I’ve been eating for over 2 years. Simple, easy, and perfect for making in bulk.

Macros per 300g serve
Calories 432 | Protein 54.8g | Carbs 23.6g | Fat 4g

Ingredients (makes 2 serves)
βœ… 600g Chicken tenderloins
βœ… Paprika
βœ… 25g Cornflour
βœ… Olive oil spray
βœ… 15ml Light soy sauce (Ayam)
βœ… 15ml BBQ sauce (Beerenberg)
βœ… 5ml Sriracha
βœ… 10g Honey
βœ… 5g Gochujang paste

Cut chicken into cubes and place into a sealable container.
Coat with paprika and cornflour, seal, and shake to coat evenly.
Spray a pan with olive oil and cook the chicken approximately halfway.
Remove chicken from the heat.
In the same pan, add all sauces, honey, and gochujang paste.
Heat until bubbly and sticky.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook through.

This goes perfectly with a large salad to add volume and tastes just as good cold as it does fresh from the pan β€” making it the perfect meal for on the road or when you don’t have access to a microwave.

If you’re in a calorie deficit, this is the perfect high-volume, high-protein meal that doesn’t blow out the macros.

These are easy to meal prep and can be pre made, wrapped and taken on the road. They taste just as good cold as they do hot πŸ”₯❄️

HIGH PROTEIN CHOC BANANA BROWNIES 🍫

Perfect for anyone trying to lose weight or stay in a calorie deficit.

Macros per brownie:
Calories 245 | Protein 24g | Carbs 24g | Fat 6.5g

Ingredients (makes 4 large):
βœ… 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used Nexus)
βœ… 3 bananas
βœ… 3 eggs
βœ… 10g cocoa powder
βœ… 30g chocolate chips
βœ… 120g high protein cottage cheese

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Line a baking dish with baking paper.
Pour mixture into dish and top with chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven at 180Β°C for 25–30 minutes.
Allow to cool, then slice into 4 brownies.
These are a simple and easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth while hitting your macros.
