a living and developing Art, it’s origins are ancient and yet it is one of the few traditional styles to continue to advance as new methods and technologies are developed. And we are back... tomorrow! First class being Little Ninjas at 5:30. For those who have the new t shirts you can wear that instead of your gi top, those who don't and want one please see an instructor to get your order in. It will be a warmer week so remember to bring water and a towel (if you need one). Can't wait to see you all back, it is going to be an exciting year!

Remember if you are grading to be in full uniform, bring lots of water and your positive attitudes! Even if you aren't grading you are allowed to attend and train and see what a grading is all about!

9am sharp start so get here early to warm up or ask last minute questions while there are so many instructors in one place!
