Getting to know STARplex Gymnastics 💙🤸

On Saturday 24 October, Laura visited STARplex Gymnastics to meet Head Coach Ally and her team, learn more about their classes and hear about Ally’s extensive coaching experience.

Ally has been involved in gymnastics coaching since the late 1970s and was mentored by Patrick Walden. Pat spent the final years of his coaching career at STARplex, leaving a lasting legacy at the club and across the wider gymnastics community.

Today, STARplex offers recreational gymnastics for children aged 3 and over, with classes running after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, plus Saturday mornings.

The programs give children a warm, welcoming place to develop fundamental gymnastics skills and progress through the different stages on offer.

Interested in classes? Contact Ally at [email protected] or email [email protected].

Thank you to Ally and the STARplex team for welcoming Gymnastics SA on Saturday! We loved learning more about your programs and the work you do to help gymnasts build their skills.
