The YMCA is a community based charity that delivers programs and services to help build strong people, strong families and strong communities from over 500 YMCA centres across Australia. We work in partnership with government, non-profit groups and partners to provide programs and services to more than 500,000 Australians every week in health a

nd fitness, recreation, accommodation, child care, camping, youth and family services. Our Windsor Gardens facility has a huge Gymnasium in which we run our gymnastics and parkour programs, and gymnastics themed birthday parties. 𝗴𝗬𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 is a 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 class built for people who want to build strength, move better, and feel fitter — in a class that actually supports you to do it.

Mondays from 22 June
6:30–7:30am

Saturdays from 27 June
7:00–8:00am

🧡 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗥 🧡

We would like to CONGRATULATE our 15 Tumbling athletes and 1 coach selected on the South Australian Team to attend the 2026 Australian Gymnastics Championships in Sydney!

This is an incredible achievement, and we are very proud of their hard work and dedication to the sport they love.
To reach this level in tumbling, athletes and their families commit many hours a week attending various trainings and competitions. Alongside this there are huge costs associated with uniform, travel and accommodation.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗞𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹.

Start your week with gYmpact Fitness 💪
Introducing group fitness with a qualified PT—designed to get you moving and suitable for all fitness levels (from beginner to super fit, there’s something for you!).

Tuesdays are all about progression and coaching 🤸
Train alongside like-minded adults and build skills at your level, supported by a coach who will guide each session.

Wednesdays = Open Gym 🫶
Enjoy the freedom to use our facility however you like and train at your own pace!

Stuck in the "Too Big for Kindergym, Too Small for big kid classes" zone? 🤷‍♂️🤸‍♀️

As we head into the mid-year school season, we have a few rare spots opening up in our 4-Year-Old Mini-Gym Classes!

If your little one has outgrown kindergym but isn't quite ready to fly solo with the older kids, this is their sweet spot.

We keep our groups extra small so your child gets the focus, confidence, and high-fives they need to kickstart their gymnastics journey 🤸🏼
