🪂 WE’RE HIRING – GROUND CONTROL / DROPZONE OPERATIONS 🪂
We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on person to join our Ground Control team and support the operation of a busy skydiving dropzone. (seasonal May-October)
This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of the DZ. You’ll be working closely with pilots, manifest, instructors, tandem teams, camera flyers and ground staff to help keep the operation safe, organised and running smoothly.
What the role involves:
• Coordinating aircraft and skydiving activity on the ground
• Monitoring the landing area and general DZ movement
• Communicating with manifest, pilots and operational staff
• Supporting safe and efficient load turnaround
• Assisting with ground procedures, organisation and customer flow
• Reacting calmly and effectively when operational situations change
• Helping maintain a professional, safe and positive dropzone environment
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Responsible, alert and safety-minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• A strong communicator and team player
• Able to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently when needed
Previous experience in skydiving, aviation, airport operations, ground handling, manifest or similar operational environments is a strong advantage, but the right attitude, awareness and willingness to learn are equally important.
This is not a desk job — you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day rhythm of the dropzone, working around aircraft, skydivers and an active landing area.

📅 Start: May 2027,try out period October 2026 if possible
