Meet Lisa — the newest member of the PILATESNESS STUDIOS team 🤍
If you’re an Early Bird, you’ll be seeing a lot of her — Lisa will be taking over some of our 6:30 AM Reformer classes. 🌅

Lisa is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a background in marketing, a passion for mindful movement, and a love for running. Her classes are designed to be welcoming, energising, and empowering, with a focus on building strength, mobility, and body awareness that supports everyday life and other forms of movement. As a runner herself, Lisa believes Pilates should complement the way we move beyond the studio — helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your body. Her goal is to inspire everyone to embrace what their body can do and make the most of it.
