🎙️ Allow Me To (Re)Introduce Myself: a series spotlighting the coaches who shape the experience, drive the energy, and build the community that makes CRANK what it is.

👉 This time, it’s Amy.

She flew in from the USA in 2019, walked into her CRANK audition as one of the studio’s very first instructors, and never looked back. Seven years later, she’s still here - having grown up alongside CRANK through every major life chapter. Career moves, meeting her partner, getting married, and now growing a baby boy.

While at CRANK, Amy picked up triathlon on a dare to herself - learn something new, even if it feels awkward. One year of consistent training later, she placed 1st in her age group at Ironman 70.3 and qualified for Worlds in New Zealand. She’s since completed a full Ironman in Spain. No single game-changing moment. Just showing up.

That same mindset lives in every class she teaches. Her go-to line? “It’s uncomfortable because it’s unfamiliar, never because you’re incapable.”

Her class vibe? Energetic. Empowering. Uplifting.
Expect house, progressive EDM, DnB, hip hop throwbacks, and anything with a beat drop that gives music festival energy. No one gets left behind - for 45 minutes, she will be your biggest (and loudest) cheerleader.

Even now, riding through pregnancy with the handlebars raised to the max, the energy has not and will never change.
