Hino FL H07C Engine Oil Pressure Low & Oil Light ON | Blow By Problem | Engine Opening Part 1

Hino FL truck with H07C engine was facing a serious oil pressure problem. After the truck ran for some kilometers and the engine became hot, the oil pressure started dropping and the oil warning light began to blink and sometimes stayed ON. The engine also had noticeable blow-by.

We properly checked the engine by installing an oil pressure gauge and testing the oil pressure when the engine was hot. After confirming the low oil pressure and blow-by problem, we completely opened the engine to find out the actual cause. In this Part 1 video, we show the engine opening process and the damaged and faulty parts found inside the Hino H07C engine.

Part 2 will cover the detailed condition of the engine parts and the actual reason behind the low oil pressure and blow-by problem.
