In this video, we continue working on the UD PKD 411 equipped with the Nissan Diesel FE6, where the engine suddenly got stuck on the motorway and started making unusual noises. In Part 1, we showed the situation on the motorway and how the issue began. In Part 2, we brought the truck to the workshop and started opening the engine to inspect the damage. Now in Part 3, we perform a complete engine overhaul, carefully inspecting all internal components, replacing damaged parts, and fixing the root cause of the problem. This process includes full disassembly, repairing critical components, and reassembling the engine to bring it back to life. Sudden Engine Blow-by Issue Fix | Hino FM8J/FG8J Injector Leakage Solution | Part 2
Is video ke Part 1 mein hum ne dekha tha ke Hino J08E engine mein sudden blow-by kyun aaya aur hum ne usay step-by-step kaise diagnose kiya.

Faulty injector ko Injector Puller ki madad se nikaalne ka sahi tarika.

Leaking injector ki wajah se piston compression kaise leak ho rahi thi.

Naya injector install karne ka mukammal tarika.

Engine ki final testing aur performance check.

Hino 500 Achanak Blow-By?! Bina Engine Khole Fix Hino J08E 8C engine part 1

In this video, a truck came to us with sudden engine blow-by even though it was running perfectly fine before. This type of issue can happen in trucks like Hino FM8J, FM1J, FG1J, FG8J and other trucks using similar engines such as Hino J08E and J08C.

Hum ne step by step diagnosis start kiya taake pata chale ke problem asal mein kya hai. After checking the engine and fuel system, we found that one injector was faulty and leaking, jis ki wajah se piston ki compression pressure injector se leak ho rahi thi.

Is pressure leak ki wajah se engine mein excessive blow-by develop ho gaya jo performance ke liye serious problem ban sakta hai.

Is video mein hum complete inspection process dikhate hain aur explain karte hain ke leaking injector kis tarah engine blow-by ka sabab ban sakta hai aur mechanics ko kya kya check karna chahiye jab truck mein achanak blow-by increase ho jaye.
