We stand with the families affected by the tragic Emirates Road accident in Dubai. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil has launched an AED 1 million humanitarian recovery program to support the families of seven workers who lost their lives and nine injured survivors. The assistance will also help with emergency travel, accommodation, and children’s education. Our deepest condolences are with the bereaved families, and our prayers are with those on the path to recovery.

نتقدم بخالص التعازي والمواساة إلى أسر ضحايا حادث شارع الإمارات المأساوي في دبي، ونعرب عن تضامننا الكامل مع جميع المتضررين. وفي هذا الإطار، أطلق الدكتور شمشير فاياليل برنامجًا إنسانيًا بقيمة مليون درهم إماراتي لدعم أسر العمال السبعة الذين فقدوا حياتهم، ومساندة الناجين التسعة المصابين، إلى جانب المساهمة في تغطية تكاليف السفر والإقامة الطارئة ودعم تعليم الأطفال من الأسر المتأثرة. نسأل الله أن يتغمد الضحايا بواسع رحمته، وأن يمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل.

Our vision for an integrated healthcare ecosystem, combining advanced clinical care, manufacturing, medical education, research, and innovation, remained in the spotlight throughout the event. From leadership visits to strategic projects in pharma manufacturing and biotech, along with partnerships for progress, the Burjeel booth showcased how innovation built in Abu Dhabi can shape the next generation of healthcare.



اختتمنا أربعة أيام حافلة بالنجاحات في معرض اصنع في الإمارات 2026، حيث شكّلت رؤيتنا لمنظومة الرعاية الصحية المتكاملة التي تجمع بين الرعاية السريرية المتقدمة، والتصنيع، والتعليم الطبي، والبحث، والابتكار محور الاهتمام طوال أيام المعرض. ومن خلال استقبال القيادات، والإعلان عن مشاريع استراتيجية في مجالات تصنيع الأدوية والتكنولوجيا الحيوية، إلى جانب عقد شراكات تنموية نوعية، استعرض جناح برجيل كيف يمكن للابتكار الذي ينطلق من أبوظبي أن يسهم في رسم ملامح مستقبل الرعاية الصحية في المنطقة والعالم.

On Day 3 at Make it in the Emirates 2026, our healthcare journey marked a defining moment as we welcomed the UAE’s leadership to the Burjeel Holdings booth. We were privileged to host HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. We also welcomed HH Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, our Chairman and CEO, had the honor of presenting how Burjeel Medical City will shape the next generation of healthcare by integrating advanced clinical care, manufacturing, medical education, research, and innovation to serve the UAE and the wider region.

Day 2 at Make it in the Emirates 2026 carried the momentum forward as our next-generation healthcare vision for Burjeel Medical City drew strong attention. Alongside our local pharmaceutical manufacturing initiatives, we showcased innovations such as DOCKTOUR, our joint maritime-medical venture that converts containers into mobile clinics, reinforcing the strength of our expanding ecosystem. From dignitary visits to strategic collaborations and a financing agreement aimed at enhancing local production, we highlighted how our ecosystem combines pre-hospital response, advanced clinical care, and pharmaceutical capabilities to scale innovation beyond borders.

We were honored to welcome distinguished leaders, H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; H.E. Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade; and H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to our pavilion at MIITE 2026.
