With 100% camp fitness and no suspensions, Chinda Boys face bottom-placed Matobo FC today at their home ground in Maphisa.

Shabanie last tasted victory on August 12, when they defeated cross-town rivals FC Platinum U19 2–0 at Maglas. Thereafter, Shabanie lost 2–1 to Blanket, after the home team was awarded a penalty at the end of the first half. On the following matchday, Shabanie were beaten 2–1 by Kwekwe United, with the home team being awarded two penalties.

The ghosts of Shurugwi—we pray they won’t haunt our boys again. In the first round, Shabanie visited Shurugwi FC, who were anchoring the log at the time. However, what the team felt was dubious officiating caused significant damage to the boys and raised serious questions within the CSL regarding what action is being taken to address complaints from teams.
