Dear Highlanders Football Club

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we learned of the tragic accident involving members of the Highlanders Football Club executive leadership: Executive Chairman Colonel Kenneth Mhlope (Ret), Vice Chairman Sifiso Siziba, Treasurer Nkani Khoza, and the lady passenger Mbalenhle Sibanda. We extend our most profound and heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, and loved ones of those who lost their lives in this devastating tragedy.

The entire football family stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the Highlanders Football Club community during this moment of profound grief. Bosso holds a special place in the hearts of so many, and a loss of this magnitude is felt deeply across the entire sporting fraternity.

At just 19 years old, Benji’s 23rd-minute equalizer turned the tide and laid the foundation for a massive win.
From his standout, Player of the Match debut against MWOS FC on opening day, Benji has shown the exceptional quality we’ve come to expect from our talent.
