This photo just made our Sunday long run even more special!

During our run this morning we crossed paths with this amazing duo — a dad and his young daughter, Kayla, out there hitting the road together. Watching little Kayla run with such focus and energy was honestly one of the highlights of the morning.

This is what it's all about. Father-daughter bonding at its finest. No screens, no distractions — just the open road, fresh air, and quality
