At Fitven, we always get this question:

“Why are you selling Karate belts? Aren’t they given for free when you reach that stage?” 🥋

Our response is simple:

Yes, some clubs award belts as part of grading. But the belt still has to come from somewhere! Surely it doesn't fall from the sky😂 Unless Sensei has a secret belt farm where he harvests them every grading season. 🌱🥋

And let’s be honest, sometimes you need a belt outside the grading system: replacing a lost belt, extra belt, different dojo requirements, or that unfortunate moment when your dog decides your belt is its latest chew toy. 🐕😂

So yes, you may earn the rank, but somebody still has to supply the belt and that's where we come in
