👤 A customer enquires.

💬 You respond.

💰 They ask for the price or quotation.

📄 You send it.

🤔 They say, “Let me think about it.”

Then… nothing. 😶

The salesperson waits for the customer to come back. The customer gets busy. Another company follows up — and the opportunity disappears. 📉

Later we conclude:

Many businesses think poor customer experience is simply a service problem.

It isn't.

Every delayed response, broken promise, unresolved complaint, confusing process or indifferent interaction can trigger a chain reaction:
