Hi there lovely ladies!
Working on a new schedule for out new fabulous studio!
We are loving the light and energy and space of the new studio and can't wait to see ladies back in the reformers! Classes are getting busy already and I look forward to old and new faces joining us!

Rocking our first Ballet Barre of the year with the Barres! We killed it ... and it nearly killed us back! Super tough class ... but we were equal to the challenge! Come try a class with us next Wednesday at 9am at The Jam Tree!

Definity Fitness... open every day from 7am til 7pm. Early morning mixed reformer classes. 830 mixed media mat classes, 10am intermediate/advanced reformer. 1215 men's reformer class with an emphasis on back rehab. 4pm mixed media mat classes. 530pm mat and reformer evening class.
