We offer full gym facilities with all the necessary equipment , several classes, a spin studio, a large swimming pool , a boxing ring with shower and change rooms facilities . We have several trainers ready and available to take on new clients for one on one personal training. We also have Body Actove bites for a refreshment and snack after gym and a retail shop with gym attire available.
