SK BUNGEE FIT is co-owned by Sandra Kent and Michele Langlois.

Low impact, cardio and resistance training, incorporating full body workouts, dance, core, strength, flexibility and calorie burn. We operate under license to Sling Bungee which is based in America and Sandra has trained under their affiliation, reaching the highest level offered. We pay a monthly license fee to our Principals in America to maintain our affiliation and to receive continued updates

, training and choreography. Sandra’s qualifications in fitness include an Active IQ Level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapy and supporting Pre/Post Natal clients with exercise and nutrition. She also holds a Fully Certified S&C Fundamentals L4 Coach With NSCA, CIMSPA and Reps UK Accredited Coaching Systems. She has 8 Years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. Our bungee equipment is manufactured in America under stringent safety controls, and routines and exercises are choreographed and created to ensure that fitness goals are reached without injuries or strain. Regular safety tests are conducted on all equipment which needs to be fully replaced every 12 to 18 months. Townsend High School gymnasium has been examined by a civil engineer and deemed safe to support bungee slings and exercises. The bungees have been installed by a qualified engineer. We adhere to rigorous safety standards where our custom designed bungee cords and equipment are regularly inspected and all trainers are certified professionals trained in safety protocols. Classes are designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities, but certain medical conditions may restrict participation. We recommend consulting your doctor if you have any health concerns.
