These cards guarantee that each lesson in every programme follows the Playball curriculum, providing a clear and organized teaching framework ⭐️🥳🤩

Parents are welcome to request the Coaching Card for any lesson, allowing them to see the specific skill being taught and how it fits into the overall yearly plan! 🏀🎾🏓

At Playball every lesson is thoughtfully designed right down to the colour-coding of our equipment and skills 🌈⚽

Each colour represents a specific movement or activity, helping our little Playballers recognise what to do, where to go, and how to participate with confidence 👀💪🏻✨

While it may look like simple fun, this visual system plays a powerful role in early childhood development 🧠🌱

Young children learn best through what they can see, move, and experience 👣🎯

Colour coding supports visual learning by helping children quickly understand instructions, recognise patterns, and connect actions with meaning 🔵🟡🔴

As they begin to associate colours with skills, they strengthen memory recall, improve focus, and develop faster understanding of new concepts 📚💡

This structured approach also encourages independence 💪⭐ and children learn to transition between activities with less guidance, building confidence and decision-making skills while staying actively engaged in the lesson 🤸‍♀️👏

Beyond physical development, colour association supports important cognitive and school-readiness skills such as categorisation, sequencing, problem solving, and attention control 🧩🧠

More than a grip - it’s a learning skill ☑️✍🏻👩🏻‍🏫

At Playball we love our three- finger “Bunny Grip” 🐰✌🏻 and use it often to release balls and beanbags during overarm throws, underarm throws, drops and catches, and much much more🎾🎯

This grip helps children throw with better control, accuracy, and confidence while developing strong, coordinated hands 🙌🏻🤩😎

But the Bunny Grip goes far beyond the field. Using these three fingers ✌🏻 strengthens fine motor muscles, sharpens hand–eye coordination 👀 and builds the brain–body connection 🧠 needed for learning new skills. These are the very same muscles 🧬 and movements children use for holding pencils ✏️ colouring, cutting ✂️ and managing classroom tools 🧮

As children practise the Bunny Grip through play, they are also improving focus, posture, bilateral coordination, and independence - setting them up for success both in sport and in the classroom. Every throw, roll, and catch is a playful step toward stronger hands, smarter movements, and confident little learners 🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏼
