STATION 3: ROPES
This station was the group's favourite, it brought out the 'Child' in everyone.
The Ropes station worked on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and cardio.
Xtreme Circuit 2.0 has proven to be one of the best workout sessions because of its uniquely assembled workout stations.
