WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND SUCH EVENTS?

Your social network is very important, we are who we are because of what other people did for us. No man is an island, we all need people to help us in one way or another. We too need to help people, its not just about us receiving but extend a hand too.
The trainers we brought in some of our Aerobics sessions are a result of social interactions we had after some aerobics sessions we shared with them.

Next time we host such events, dont be too quick to go, interact with people. Introduce your self and let them know what you do.
