Mr Limbikani Phiri has been elected as provincial Chairperson while Denny Himoonde is now a Secretary taking over from Blackie Mantele who was elected as Deputy Secretary for Zambia Boxing Federation. thumb up for Maamba

Southern Province Boxing Association will this week hold a provincial selection boxing tournament at Maamba s Kanzinze Stadium car pack. weighing will be from 08:00hrs to 12:00 hour respectively. the tourney will commence at 19:00hour Charges adults K10.00 ,Children K5.00 . we shall also e Be further informed that there will be a very important meeting all clubs should sent representative even those new clubs Pemba and Kalomo should attend to find a ways forward for affiliate this season the association will not close the season due to rubust preparetion for Rating boxing in ndola on 4th june 2016 . there will lot of entertainment musician Austino will be there Hill point night club also there . treat this as official notification. Maamba Boxing Club has traveled to Mazabuka to attend ongoing Southern province Talent Identification Program TIP Boxing tounament . The clûb is will feature 10 Health boxers 7 juniors and 3 seniors respectively including 2010 Olympian Gilbert chombe.
