3/5 minutes after gym session,

very exhausted but that’s not the reason to skip a session because progress is rarely comfortable. Most of work happens on the days you would rather slow down. Doing it tired, doing it unsure, doing it without motivation is what builds structure you rely on later.
These moments raise your floor and who you become keep showing up!
