7 days to go to my 9th Comrades Marathon. Today was the send off easy run and the most of Lusaka come to send us off. It was such a vibe with TempoFit and seeing all the people “fans” 😂 who are rallying behind us as we will be flying our Zambia🇿🇲 flag with 118 participants this year.

We are in the single digits count down. 9 days to go to my 9th Comrades Marathon. I know some folks will question my counting, well I don’t count race day and day before race is hours counts down. I have been counting this way the past 9years 😂 so osashusha

Last Sunday was 14 days to go and I went for another session 5Jayz Rehabilitation and Wellness Services to make sure we Superwoman is in good condition. Thank you so much 5Jayz.
