On Monday, we continued our gym visits with a tour of Mike’s Gym in Lusaka.

Mike’s Gym is one of the oldest fitness facilities in the country and proudly stands as an affiliate gym of ZBBFF.

It was encouraging to witness the tremendous improvements the gym has made over the years, as well as the planned expansion proposals and the positive impact it continues to have on the community.
