ROAD TO THE GOLD CUP: A comprehensive preparation plan has been put together to ensure Zambia are ready to take on Algeria in the Rugby Africa Gold Cup Qualifier on 20 October. The winning and losing of the game will hinge on the forward pack, which is why an intensive forwards training plan is kicking off two weeks before the game. The purpose of the preparation plan is not only to give Zambia the best chance against Algeria, but also to identify young talent for the future.

Tickets for the epic test match will be on sale soon. Make sure you are there on Saturday 20 October to cheer them on. Let's get behind our boys!
