🖤KAMFINSA BLUE EAGLES QUEENS FC MOURNS THE PASSING OF CHOOLWE MULEYA

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that the Board, Management, Staff and Players of Kamfinsa Blue Eagles Queens FC express their heartfelt condolences following the passing of Choma Warriors Academy defender, Choolwe Muleya.

Muleya, aged 24, is reported to have passed away in Solwezi this morning. She had travelled to Solwezi for trials with Doves Queens FC and had been with the club since 23 July 2026, following a loan spell with Macha Queens last season.

According to reports, Muleya fell ill this morning and was rushed to Solwezi Urban Clinic, where she was sadly pronounced dead at around 07:00 hours. Her passing has come as a shock, especially as she had reportedly shown no signs of illness and took part in training on Tuesday afternoon.

Kamfinsa Blue Eagles Queens FC stands with the family, friends, teammates and the entire Choma Warriors Academy family during this incredibly difficult time.

KAMFINSA BLUE EAGLES QUEENS FC MOURNS BRUCE MWAPE

Kamfinsa Blue Eagles Queens FC is deeply saddened by the passing of former Copper Queens head coach, Bruce Mwape.

Coach Mwape gave so much to Zambian women's football. He helped lead the Copper Queens to many historic achievements, including qualifying for the Olympic Games, the FIFA Women's World Cup, and the Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

He will always be remembered for his hard work, dedication, and love for the game.

The Kamfinsa Blue Eagles Queens FC family sends its sincere condolences to the Mwape family, his friends, former players, and the entire football community during this difficult time.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
