Tjokkie Roets and his son Juandré started their winter campaign at Rietspruit Dam in Kriel. The session began on the slower side until Tjokkie was rewarded with an absolute unit of a carp, bringing him into the 40lb club. Juandré followed up shortly after with a pristine looking 30lb common.

​They opted to fish Tropicana Tigers topped with a small Sweetcorn pop-up over a scattering of Arctic Feed boilies and Maxi Mix 6/8mm pellets coated in Nuttamino Liquid Food.

Werner Scheepers recently joined some of the Fox SA squad members for an epic social down at Donnie’s!

The weather threw absolutely everything at them literally experiencing four seasons in a single session. Werner went straight to work, putting his marker rod to use to scout out the prime spots before putting together a feeding mix.

He loaded up the Spomb with a great mix of Crusty Krill and Milky Coco boilies, combined with mini and maxi mix pellets and topped off with a massive helping of Atlantic Marine Liquid Food.

He managed to wet his landing net a couple of times despite the crazy conditions!
