It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a true legend of the Carp Pro Baits family, Seun. Jan Rossouw. He passed away peacefully this morning.

​Jan spent countless hours and days next to the water with us not just chasing fish, but sharing stories, laughs and the deep camaraderie that defines our team. Before his time was up, Seun had one final wish to gather the Carp Pro Baits team for one last braai together.

​We made sure that wish came true. We got the venue, brought the team together and created a day full of unforgettable memories. To top it off, Seun managed to land his very last carp right there alongside us. It was an honor to make that final session so special for him.

​We are going to miss you, Seun. Thank you for your unwavering passion you loved this brand and supported it 110% through thick and thin. Rest in peace now, free from pain.

​Tight lines in the sky, brother. Till we meet again with a big 40lb carp on the line.

Big shoutout to Riaan Rvd Stainless Bankware for putting together an incredible session over at Donnie's! All the hard work paid off with a few absolute stunners in the cradle.

Riaan dialed in on the winning combination, running Wild Berries Wafters and Atlantic Marine Pop-ups as hookbaits, paired up with Lava Liver boilies heavily soaked in Nuttamino Liquid Food.

Sheldon Kruger headed out to Roodekoppies and was rewarded with an incredible session, landing multiple carp alongside a new personal best (PB) that moved him into the 40lb club!

He opted to fish Pineapple N'butyric Tigers paired with artificial maize on one rod and Pineapple N'butyric Tigers with a matching pop-up on the other, over a scattering of particles soaked in Nuttamino Liquid Food.

The Bearded Duo is Back in Action!

After a well deserved break for Jean to welcome his new baby boy the newest official member of the CPB team!

​The two bearded peggies Werner Scheepers and Jean Vincent Gomes were finally back side by side on the bank at Laurentia. Safe to say, they didn't waste any time getting back into the rhythm. An incredible session saw them pick up 4 runs and land 3 x 40lb carp!

​They opted for their go to Wild Berries pop-ups and Pacific Spice Wafters, presented over a scattering of Lava Liver, Crusty Krill and Atlantic Marine boilies alongside Mini mix 2/3mm and Maxi mix 6/8mm pellet feed heavily coated in Atlantic Marine Liquid Food.

​Huge congratulations to Jean on the new addition and massive props to both of you on putting some more proper 40s on the mat!
