White River Shooting Club

White River Shooting Club White River Practical Shooting Club is a members club where the IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) shooting discipline is maintained.

New comers are always welcome where our World Class Shooters will assist in getting you started. 1) membership, for frequent shooters. R1600 per annum, covers the costs of all club shoots.
2) membership for infrequent shooters, R650 per annum, but does not cover costs for club shoots. Club shoot cost will be R100 for entry, and R100 for range assistants, for the day, regardless if you shoot one or

more events for the day.
3) Visiting SAPSA members, same fee as infrequent shooter, R100 entry and R100 for range assistants.
4) Non member visitor entering a club shoot, R300 for the day. Following submission of your membership application, or renewal, an invoice for R1600 will be forwarded to you. Should you opt to only pay R650 for infrequent member, the balance will be credit noted. Frequent shooters and infrequent shooters will be issued membership certificates and membership cards. All have the option to join MPSA and SAPSA.

Congratulations to three of our handgunners who were selected to represent South Africa in the upcoming Handgun World Championship.
Gideon Botha, Wilhelm Heyl and Hardus Claasen have shown their dedication in their training and commitment to the sport.
We wish them well with their training in their run-up to the Championship which will be held from 22-27 September 2025 in Stilfontein, South Africa.

MPSA production team, all White River members, attended the 2nd selection match for the world shoot at PE Rifle and Pistol club, in Port Elizabeth the past weekend. Hardus Claasen - 26th overall, Wilhelm Heyl - 2nd senior, Louis Fourie - 5th super senior, Gideon Botha - 7th overall. Well done to you all!
