Dear Parents

Just a reminder about our

‼️‼️Spring Cricket
Workshop 2014!!‼️‼️

As you know the 4th term is just around the corner, and the cricket season will begin once again😁😁. I am pleased to inform you that during this spring holidays we will be having a CRICKET WORKSHOP‼️to prepare all the boys for the upcoming season. 💪 It is vital that the boys hit the ground running,🏃to Improve their abilities on the field and build their confidence to help them succeed in the upcoming matches.👏

This workshop will consist of the following:

- Batting (front & back foot, manipulating the ball, hitting over the top)

- Bowling (action, run up, delivery stride)

- Fielding / and fielding positions

- Hand eye co ordination

- Fitness

- Match preparation

- Cricket awareness

- VIDEO ANALYSIS👌


When: Tuesday October 7th to Friday October 10th (4 day Camp).

Where: Tills Crescent indoor facility and grounds.

Time: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Cost: R650.00 for the full 4 days or 250 per day. Payment to be made up front.

There are a maximum of 3⃣0⃣ places, please let us know by Friday October 3⃣rd at the latest if you wish to enrol your child.

A FREE SHIRT as well as Light snacks and water will be provided, but kids are encouraged to bring their own lunch.‼️

Winter Warmth Special 2014

Free KIDFIT Sessions For Winter Warmth

All you have to do is bring a Blanket for winter warmth
and enjoy a free one hour KidFit session. Each Kid will receive a KidFit T Shirt, KidFit Water and a Free Nino's Breakfast.

When: Saturday 3 August
Where: Triple S Gym Westville ( Village Market)
Times : 9 to 10 or 10 to 11 (1 hour class)
Ages : 5 to 15

Triple S Fitcampathon for winter warmth
