I am incredibly fortunate to be able to do what I do, on Saturday I once again had the privilege of coaching a group of riders who have invested in themselves.

I don't think that these individuals realise the impact they have on me, I continue to be motivated and inspired by their sheer determination to succeed.

On Saturday the 2nd of October it it the 17th annual "Take a kid mountain biking day". I'm not sure about you, but it was when I was a child the cycling bug bit me. Who knows, taking a kid mountain biking this weekend, just might make their day, and yours.
