Ladiessssss, excited to announce my 8 Weeks Shake it off home workout program is available. This program will help you with strength, endurance and toning.

I wrote this program to challange you, BUT also to be fun!

Best of all is you need basic equipment:
♡ Dumbbells
♡ Yoga mat
♡ Stepper or stairs
♡ Skipping rope
♡ Yoga ball (optional)

⚠️ Fullbody workout ⚠️

Save and try this!!!!

1. Sumo squat to upright row
2. Deadlift to bent over row
3. Side lunge with overhead plate hold
4. Squat to curtsy lunge with bicep curl

🔴 3 sets of 12 reps

💪 Just 4 exercises, BUT you will sweat and feel it.

I used a 10kg plate. You can even go heavier.

Today's workout was more challenging than others. My kids started school on Wednesday...and while my son is SO happy at his new school, my daughter is struggeling with seperation anxiety. She is more "mamma vas" and thats okay. We take it day by day🙏

I included her in my workout with lots of hugs and giggles throughout.

To all the mammas out there... you are the greatest gift to your babies. Stay strong, you got this❤️❤️❤️

For those who asked for my shoulder session: This was yesterday's session/workout🏋‍♀️

WARM UP:
10 min sprints (30sec on/30sec off)
Dynamic shoulder stretches with band

EXERCISES:
1. Barbell shoulder press
2. Barbell front raises
3. Lateral raises
4. Dumbbell chest press
5. Bus drivers

4 rounds
10 - 12 Reps

Burnout: 5 min AMRAP (ABS)
* 12 x Straight leg raises
* 12 x Toe touches
* 12 x Mountain climbers
* 12 x Flutter kicks
* 12 x Oblique dips
