Hi, my name is Gloudien van Zyl and I run a sports massage studio from home in Wellington. While studying, I also completed a very practical-based sports massage course with EPT that provided me with the great opportunities to massage at the 2017 Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, as well as the Wines2Whales MTB events during 2017 and 2018. I also have 4 months experience working at a sports massage cente

r. I offer deep tissue massage that aids in the recovery process of the muscles. Physical manipulation of the muscles also help with lymph drainage and the removal of waste products from tissues in the body. I believe that rest and recovery is the key to excellent performance, and that sports massage plays a big role in the recovery process. I also offer fitness testing, home rehabilitation- and fitness exercise program design, as well as demonstration of exercises to be done at home. It’s been a year, and what a year it’s been!

Thank you very much to all my clients for your loyal support, I really appreciate all of you and without you this would not be possible.

The famous saying is that it takes a village to raise a child, but I believe it can be quite similar when starting your own business. Without the help of key players and mentors, R&R Sports Massages would definitely not have been what it is one year later.
I am immensely grateful and appreciative of all the external input and support I have received thus far!
