Next Forest Connection morning coming up🌳.
This is not a hike with a destination in mind, it is a journey with no expectations where the Forest will give you what you need physically and emotionally and not necessarily what you want. I will guide you through several connection activities without time limits or expected outcomes. These activities can even be applied in your own garden when you get home, so come and learn to deeply connect 🌳
