After 2 and a half years of being lost in the Facebook forest, our Official Thaba Trails page is back in our hands! After countless hours and even more frustration, we finally found a friend, who has a friend, who helped us sort our problem out!

To those, who we haven't responded to as quickly as we'd like, we send our sincerest apologies!

We're back and you will be seeing some exciting changes - both on our social media platforms as well as at Thaba Trails. We have moved but we are still here - and staying!!!

The PPA Stay Wider of the Rider campaign, will focus on the vulnerability of cyclists on our roads, emphasising that “Cycling is part of the solution” as a mode of transport in South Africa during transport month in October . From 15 to 31 October bumper stickers will be handed out to motorists in Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng – (JHB and Tshwane) Bloemfontein and PE at busy cycling intersections. The key message of this initiative will be to “give cyclists space when overtaking them or wait until you can do so”. Everyone has been practicing social distancing during COVID lockdown so all we are asking motorists to do is to apply the same principle when passing a cyclist.
