Yesterday we attended the cross country league at Collegians in PMB. Attending the federation cross country leagues gives our athletes access to opportunity and exposes them to healthy competition. What a fun day!🫶🏾

The LIV2Run “Young Guns” are the young athletes who have come up through the junior teams and are now finished school and contending to be part of the LIV2Run senior team.

We believe that the senior team athletes who are also coaches bringing up these junior athletes will have a great impact on the next generation of trail runners in South Africa 🙌🏾🇿🇦

“Team spirit” is the shared sense of unity, trust, and motivation among members of a group working toward a common goal. It’s what makes a team feel like we’re in this together.

The LIV2RUN TEAM rallied around Sinovuyo Ngcobo as he took on the SDR35km. Sinovuyo is both a senior athlete and a coach coaching a group of young athletes some of whom attended this year’s race with him. The team spirit carried him from the start to finish of the race.

Our vision is to provide access to opportunity, quality coaching and mentoring to raise the next generation of trail runners in South Africa. Empowered by our dream givers , and .
