So things have been a bit quiet around here as I have taken the time to invest in my own two little yoga kids, to connect us to nature and our own authentic essence. They have grown to a more appropriate age to slowly integrate into my journey to bring yoga to small bodies. The journey has taught me many lessons and also by listening to my own inner wisdom, I have discovered how to help mothers hold space for themselves and their little ones by breath-work and other yogic practices. Looking forward to bringing more yoga to more little people, and young mothers in the Overberg ✨

After many many enquiries, I have decided to start with Mommy and Me yoga classes for all mommies with their babies in the Overstrand.

Wow! Time flies when you are having fun! I can't believe that 2021 for Yoga Kids is all wrapped up, done and dusted...

I would just like to thank each and every little yogi who joins me on my awesome yoga adventures, you guys rock 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸‍♂️
Honestly, the lessons that I plan, and the stuff that ends up happening on the mat when the kids add their creativity to our poses and stories are just pure magic 🌌

A very big thank you to everyone who has helped me on this journey. Thank you for holding space for me and taking what I do seriously with me.
Thank you to my loving and supportive husband. ❤️

It was incredible to see how this wonderful lady knows how to explain an abstract concept like Reiki, in such a visual way that even children understands!
