Anyone interested in joining me on a fitness/fat loss journey?
Starting 2 January.
I will post a weekly workout, and some nutritional tips.
The only requirment will be that you will have to give feedback on how you are doing regularly.
Also you will have to take your measurements (cm's), and weight. This will be before you start, then every 3 weeks.
Let me know what you think, whats your goals etc.
