Ek het een oggend vroeg net na 6 vm my FIRST ASCENT langmou top gaan uittoets in mistige koelerige toestande op die Bergrivier. Teen 17 grade C was dit eintlik nog te warm om die top te dra as jy oefen. Top sit gemaklik met 'n sagte gevoel op die vel as gevolg van die samestelling van die materiaal wat ook bamboes bevat. En my top het sy eerste vuurdoop gehad, siende dat roeiery het in rooi gety plaasbevind en ek moes deur groot stukke onwelriekende water roei wat ook op my gespat het. Maar na 'n vinnige uitspoel en was is my top weer 💯 %. 👍

Early morning paddling on the BERG river at VELDDRIF in perfect conditions earlier today. 😊

We are all trying to get into shape for the annual APPLIANCE WORLD WEST COAST CANOE CHALLENGE 2024 which will take place on 27 th JANUARY 2024. 😉
