I guess it is time to say something about the 2017 season, seeing that Christmas and New years are now over. Boy what a season it was. In typical PBOD fashion we started off somewhere in the middle, and just went from strength to strength. Now a lot of people will say that practice is key, but in my opinion not only practice but the individual players also play an important role. I have said it before and I will say it again, PBOD is a family and is run like a family, we all know each other so well that we can anticipate each others moves, thoughts and so on. This came to show during supercup where everything just went so smoothly, like jam and butter. And the end result? A supercup win and a season 2nd. I would like to thank each and every individual player on the team, it was a rough season, but we pulled together and pulled off the win of the century. Thank you to those who believed in us, supported us, and helped us through out the season, special mention have to go to Troy Nagel from Dye SA, Paul Grobler and his SARPL Team and the guys from Magma Paintball.
Now with the sweet comes the bitter aswell unfortunately. We say goodbye to Warren "Waza" Brown who decided to imigrate to the UK. We would like to wish you all the best in your new adventure.
What will the 2018 season hold for PBOD? Who knows, check this page for important incoming announcements.
Catch you all on the field, happy balling and be safe.
