Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
4 tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
2 scoops of protein powder

Method:
1.Mix all ingridients in a blender
2.Grease a nonstick pan with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
3.Heat pan on medium for about 10 minutes.
4.Pour batter to form pancakes of whatever size you like.
5.Cook first side until bubbles form on top, about three minutes;then flip and cook other side until it, too, is brown, about two minutes

Chocolate sauce and banana slices optional.
