Strength allows us to do many things.
But power? Power lets us react to things. Usually, we associate power with chiseled physiques, mostly because of the adaptations that occur in the body when we do enough power training.
This week, we will be focussing on power & breathing during our workouts. Aligning our bodies correctly and moving smoothly through each exercise. Poor form can prompt injuries and slow gains, which we don’t want!
Working at the right tempo helps us stay in control rather than compromise strength gains through momentum.”
