Celebration of Excellence:

Congratulations to our kickboxing team that competed at the All out War yesterday. VMAF ended the day 4th overall of 16 dojos.

PMA Parys Martial Arts as part of the Yonsei Goju-Ryu Karate and Kobudo Renmei system with Kaicho James Vermaak back in 2019. The Parys dojo has been consistent in producing good karateka with good knowledge and standards.

Kata Gashu-Ku hosted by Renshi Ben Ashton. Renshi Ben has a technical approach to teaching and focus his teaching around hip movement, agility, and proper technique ex*****on.

Our students faced the cold to get extra Kata training done. Three sessions of technical kata training, varied over kata level, technical ex*****on and kata foundation concepts.
