🦈 Protea Banks Dive Report – 10 June

Not a bad day at all on Protea Banks!
The Ragged-tooth sharks are still arriving in full force, with Raggies everywhere we looked. Add plenty of Bull Sharks and Oceanic Blacktips to the mix, and it made for another exciting day underwater.

Dive 1 – Southern Pinnacles The Raggies stole the show once again, filling the reef. Blacktip and Bull Sharks followed us throughout the dive, making sure there was never a dull moment.

Dive 2 – Baited Shark Dive Absolutely insane! At least 15 Oceanic Blacktip Sharks and 8 Bull Sharks surrounded us during the dive, creating nonstop shark action from start to finish.

To top it all off, we were treated to multiple whale sightings during the surface interval. Winter on Protea Banks is well and truly underway!
