One of the most important things to focus on is maintaining a strong, neutral spine throughout the movement - keeping your head, neck and back aligned as you hinge.

If you’re lifting your head, rounding your back, or looking straight ahead, you may be losing that alignment and taking away from the movement.
Instead, think: long spine, braced core, hips back.

Master your technique first. Then worry about adding more weight. 💪

When I started at NuHuman Irene. I was not very positive as I have tried almost everything under the sun, from personal training to prescription medication without success. I have been struggling with knee injuries since my teenage years and was diagnosed with insulin resistance and hypothyroidism years ago. At age 48, I felt like a ticking time bomb. My progress is slow but for the 1st time in years I feel positive again. The wonderful trainers have gone to so much trouble working around my injuries , finding exercises that work for me. The eating plans are easy to prepare and offer variety. NuHuman has given me back the freedom of movement that I lost so long ago and the training has become almost addictive. Most importantly it has given me hope to continue with my journey to become a NuHuman.
