🧘‍♀️ Join me for Yoga at 9am on Saturday at our stunning Llandudno beach venue Llandudno lifesaving club.

You are welcome to bring with you your Dad, husband, boyfriend or son (father to be one day!) for a free yoga class - let's celebrate the men in our lives ⭐️🙏🪷🧘‍♀️🌊

What a privilege to teach yoga for 16 years 💙

I know the health benefits of Yoga- body and mind - and the wonderful effect on my life and mobility, and I am so glad to have a wonderful base of students who have been dedicated yogis with me for years.

Nancy was my Yoga teacher during a very difficult time in my life, and it was wonderful to have her as my yoga student for a while before she moved to Canada. Her visit was the perfect excuse to celebrate some recent birthday and have coffee and cake at my little cottage after a Yoga session on a perfect autumn weather day at our fabulous Llandudno venue 🌊🧘‍♀️🪷

Thanks to all our wonderful facilitators that made Shanti Wellbeing such a fun, creative and fabulous space.

Thanks to my set up crew, friends who supported and all that jolled with us!
