Monday, Wednesday and Friday Box4Life group classes at 7 pm and Saturdays at 10 am. Classes cover; fitness, conditioning, weight loss, balance, movement, coordination, reflex/reaction/response/timing etc. It is an all body workout for anyone and everyone. The class will benefit anyone, both young and old(However you see the years u have been alive) as well as male and female. These classes are for anyone who wants more from life through training and having fun and wants to look better, feel better and also wants to be better!!!
